Desktop does not fit the screen !!! HELP

Hi everyone,

My desktop is partially cut off and I can see only a part of it. The other part is just black. It looks like the whole screen is moved to the left by 3-4 cm. The worst case is when I use 800x600. Much better but still not perfect for other resolutions. My config is: VIA EPIA EN-15000 and touchscreen monitor from CarTFT CTF700-SH.
I belive this might be casued by a video driver becasue when I run my pc in VGA mode in Safe Mode the screen is moved just about 2-3 mm, so it is almost fine. I can adjust the screen using monitor settings, but each time I restart my pc the screen is moved despite the monitor stores the correct settings. I have tried many different video card drivers from via arena, but still no success.

Please help.

Try different resolution sizes.

I have already tried many different resolution and refressh rate settings. Still the same. I also tried the recovery console in Windows to get back to the point I installed some drivers and after restart the screen was fine, but only once
