I've found that my Lilli (619) works best at 75Hz refresh rate. You may want to go to "List all modes" and set it to 640X480, 16 bit, 75Hz.

Try VGA drivers from this site: Commell.
So I looked up your motherboard and I see that it is a Intel® 945GM (actually a nice little board!). And you should have no problem (other than the work involved) creating a driver using either IEGD gold or the regular driver. Or you can try powerstrip.
The process is all laid out in that 945 800X480 thread. In fact, I posted a DTD string for a Lilli 619 a while back in that same thread that should get you started.
