Thread: in-dash xenarc wont close

I got the xenarc 700IDT a few months back, installed it but never got around to using it as I was in the process of building/installing a new pc. I finally got to install the pc on friday and use the screen which worked fine. Last night as I closed it, the springs wouldnt "catch" and keep it closed and it would pop back out. I finally managed to somewhat keep it closed but with much effort.
I searched the forums but couldnt find a similar issue elsewhere. Has anyone had the same problem or is it time to RMA the brand new screen?
