Please help me identify this lilliput display. I need a new touch screen panel and want to make sure I buy the correct one.

The people at sales@mp3car.com helped me identify my monitor. Its a Lilliput 619 model. The confusion was caused as the item pictured as the touchscreen replacement for the old models was wrong. The picture posted was for a non-widescreen monitor. They quickly fixed it and now the picture is exactly the same as my touchscreen.
