    Need help with lcd

Has anyone tried these screens? Or can anyone give me any pro's or con's of them? They seem perfect for a carputer:

    Pyle 5 "
    and
    Lanzar 6.4"

    Please help.

im pretty sure these screens have a low pixel count and a low resolution (for computers). you will have to bump your screen down to something like 640x480, and increase your text size just to read the text....

i have a vga screen, so you might want to wait for someone with a screen like this to respond.

what do you want to use your carputer for? they would work for mp3s, and movies, but there wont be enough resolution for GPS, and you will need to set the resolution to 640x480, and maybe bump up the text size in display properties to see the text at all.

You will also need a video card with RCA video out, or a scan-converter.
