    'Small' Touchscreen monitors

    Hi guys,

I've been looking for a while now for a small touchscreen, around 4", 4:3 but have had no luck at all, just wondered if anyone knew of any smaller touchscreens availble for vga applications?

Ive just put a new fibre dashboard into my mini, and i'd like it next to the dials if possible, dont need a full seven inches ( size isnt everything ) as i will be using it mostly for music, but hopefully also for recording my driving

    Thanks in advance.

I got a 3.5" VGA TS from these guys and it is absolutely perfect! Bright & sharp images, good quality, in stock and relaltively cheap.

I love the fact that the wires are long and each board is separate. Opens up alot of possibilites.

I've looked on ebay, but you search touchscreen and you're bombarded with a million asian fellows offering a 7" touchscreen, 7-8" 16:9 models are just assumed what everyone wants!

The 3.5" one looks promising but at $300? I thought going smaller would be cheaper! haha.

Sigh... If only they were free with 2 cereal box proof-of-purchase plus postage and handling. Some of those look pretty cool, but I don't have that kind of money! LOL

Not much demand for these I guess, but they figure someone will buy them. For a while I was looking for a bare USB to serial module. I ended up buying a retail adapter and just taking it apart as the bare modules were sometimes double or triple what the most expensive adapters available in stores were!
