Vnsea seems to be the best for this since they have a landscape full screen mode that doesn't have any menu buttons to get in the way. It also lets you toggle the screen controls between screen area navigation mode or clicking function mode. This is good because once you are in full screen landscape mode you don't have to sorry about accidentally moving the displayed frontend around, it will simply be locked into single click mode till you bring up the vnsea menu and send a ctrl alt del in order to minimize the front end, or do it from the front end. Basically functioning like a lcd monitor does.
Total screen area is 460x320 in landscape mode (dot pitch = .15mm).
The app is free but you need to jailbreak the iPod or iPhone.
