Best 7" transflective screen?

Has anyone compared the following:

CarTFT - CTF700-SH
LinITX - LIN70ATPC-SAU
Lilliput - 629 with transflective mod

Are there any others I've missed?

They are all the same thing.

I have the Lilliput 629 w/ transflective.

Works like a champ, screen looks great even with the sun over my shoulder. If you have the $$$, I'd recommend it.

I got my LinITX transflective a day or two ago, the bezel fabrication should be done by sunday, so i'll post a quick review once it's all up and running.

I couldn't resist hooking it up for a quick tryout and it looked great, a real step up from my standard 7".
