i have Resistive Touch Panel Controller how can connect the usb wire with this borad i have 4 wire for usb

It looks like the piece needs the usb port to be soldered on to the part at the bottom of the picture. I'm also curious on where you got it.

Do have any specs for that, I mean a diagram that shows what the connectors are for. I have seen these on a few sites but no data sheets. From what I have read these need a USB -> serial converter in order to use USB since the device runs off serial.
