I've always wondered, are they fast enough to display videos fluidly?
This looked interesting
Nanovision's
MIMO UM-750 (₩183,000 or $152)
landscape or portrait mode
800 x 480 UM-750
has a webcam, touchscreen, and TV tuner
It is connected through usb so no vga necessary and apparently shows up in control panel just like any vga monitor would.
