    i need a replacement ribbon for 629

    where can i buy one? http://www.digitalww.com/ is password protected??? why is that?

    I am having the same problem, but i don't think they even stock them anymore. I have been looking for 1 for a couple months now.

    can you please post a picture of your broken ribbin wire. I had one but I was able to fix it and it works great right now! But I need to see what is actually broken about it. Might be able to lend a hand.
