Screen plays up when car engine started...

I have a dynamix 816 8.4" screen, same as the TVision i think. If i switch the ignition on, the screen will work fine. but when i crank the car to start the engine, the screen will sit there black but flckering. A simple re-boot of the screen by disconnecting its power sorts the problem, But how can i stop it from happening in the 1st place??

My carpc has a M1-ATX PSU (or is it m2? which ever one has the lesser output) ??

I know this PSU has Cranking protection, Could i power the screen from the Pc's PSU, utilizing the cranking protection??

    thanx

    Ryan

Your best bet is to power it directly from your psu

Now i'm trying to setup a backup camera for auto switch but can't get it o work. anyone tried this before. I connect the camera to the reverse wire that will power it on but I can't get the monitor to switch automatically.
