7" touch monitor dimensions (other than diagonal)?

I'm laying out plans for a carputer in my 97' Lumina, I Need to know the actual screen dimensions of a 7" monitor horizontally and vertically as i am trying to decide what type of installation will work best for this particular vehicle.

or does anyone have any suggestions for a single DIN in dash unit? all the ones i have looked at seem all fine and dandy until you look at the reviews and youtube videos of them crapping out prematurely like the xenarc mdt-x7000, ideally that is what i would like to have but as of now i am thinking that i should just stick to things without moving parts.

i suppose it should be noted that i am just looking for the screen dimensions and not the total dimensions of the unit itself as far the unit goes.

viewable area is usually 153x92mm
LCD module size is usually 165x106mm or 165x104mm depending on the LCD module inside.

Does anyone know the panel dimensions for a Lilliput 629 (the new LED version)? I want to know if it will fit into the same bezel as my old 619. Those dimensions are 105mm x 165mm.

It would be great if someone could direct me to this info, or better yet, if someone with the panel out of the case could measure.
