Wow. it's probably the camera, but it sounds like your subs are cranked so loud they are distorting. Does the screen do the same thing when you don't have music playing?
This is what my screen has been doing in the morning and when I get in after work. After a few minutes its fine till I guess it gets cold.

Does it change with the engine revs, I would think a bad grounding other wise screen fault. Have you tried the video feed into another display?

After ordering a replacement monitor, went with a lilliput 629 shipped for $239. I decided to take apart the old monitor. Connected the power wire and moved some stuff around and found a lose connection with the ribbon cable. Taped it on after looking at how poorly designed the clamp holds it on. Here is the problem part.
Got the new monitor, its a little taller and not as wide as the old one. Go to put it in the dash and its to tall. Cant move anything around so I decided to take both apart and see if I can switch the insides. For the most part all the holes lined up on the board except about 3 screws. Board is in securely so we will see how it holds up. The old monitor is model 701, new one is 629.
