Please help identify screen

Hey i bought this screen on ebay about 2 years ago. It is a 7" touchscreen lcd. I finally got time to resume my project but have lost the disc that came with it.

The front panel has (-) (MENE) (+) (A/V) (PWR) Buttons

Sorry for the low res pic but its all i have at the moment.

I need to know what this monitor is and i need the drivers for the touch screen too, so i can align it. It is also stuck on video 1, I cannot get it to go to vga input or even the menu, yet last night i could.

P.s The plug has 2 av inputs, 1 power plug (cig lighter) and 1 vga plug

Looks like you have it half coated in fibre glass or something but are there no visable serial numbers, model numbers or branding to help you Identify it?
