neither.. you'll want to hack your res in your OS to output like 720x480. That will make quailty a lot better.
I'm getting an LCD screen (I think it's at UPS right now, actually..) and have a question. I've got an EPIA M-series board with the composite TV out. Would it be better to set the LCD screen to PAL or NTSC? I know PAL has a (much) higher resolution, and I don't really care about not being able to watch TV programs in the car (as I'll be driving..), but does it actually LOOK better?
I'm planning on experimenting when I get it in, but I thought I'd ask for other people's thoughts / experiences too.
Thanks!

Hi, I'm thinking of buying Epia-M and the widescreen LCD too. Is it possible with Epia-M to hack the registry in WinXP to make the resolution 800x480? Please tell me how because I had tried using my notebook (ATI Rage Mobility) and it didn't let me have 800x480. Using powerstrip I could only change to 640x480 and 640x400.
Thanks.
yes.. you can just usually edit your driver inf files. that worked for me. I think there are a lot of topics on the web too.. search google.
