Hmm... Surprised no one jumped in here... Is there a better alternative?
Can some one tell me what the dimensions for this panel are? Just the panel sizes not the housing. A pic or maybe white papers would be awesome too. Space is going to be really tight so please be exact.
Thanks
Jack

The 1020TSV uses a 10.2" LCD panel with a dimension of 235mm x 145mm x 5.9mm. Please e-mail me at jhu@xenarc.com for specification sheet.
xenarctech, got a question, the 1020TSV i have has been working excellent, up until yesturday, when a pc reboots, the screen supposed to go blue until the image comes back, however, it goes black and flickers until the image comes back. If I boot to windows it will intermittantly show image dragging at bottom of screen until i power off then on the xenarc, then it's perfect. what i noticed is, if i detach the video/ts cable directly from the xenarc lcd while on desktop, it does same thing *** the reboot, black screen flicker, when it supposed to be blue standby... This has to be a problem with the LCD, do you know if it's a loose controller ribbon cable or a sign of the LCD controller going bad?
Thank you.
Also on a side note, if LCD is powered on before the PC, it stays BLUE. power off and on lcd restores image. I know just from the vga/ts cable that it's an issue with the LCD, but how it's fixable is unknown to me.

Sounds like an issue with the LCD controller to me. Please first try to load the factory default on the monitor. And if that doesn't help, please try the monitor on another computer to make sure that it's not a resolution/refresh rate settings issue. If the monitor still behave the same, you can send it in to us for diagnostic.
no factory default, however, there is a default, which defaults clock and contrast/brightness, useless. However, I decided to try last night to switch VGA to VID1 or 2, but it said, "AUX2 VAILD" and wouldnt switch, even POP/PIP didnt switch. Then I remembered I set AUX2 (Cam) Auto, So I disabled it, bam, everything is working good again. Seems there is a BUG in the code.
Even PIP/POP work good now.
