Look at this screen, does it have what I need?

this is a cheap but decent quality screen that would be a great thing for my truck pc.. i just need to know if it has all the necessary inputs/outputs i'll need for a clean crisp touchscreen for such application.

It should work fine-- it has a vga in and a usb touchscreen controller.

I actually did not get it, I found a great deal on a 7" one that fits perfectly in my dash with minimal mod. My friend is getting one this month so I'll let u know
