LILLIPUT 7" EBY701 flikers

hi,
I have a problem with my LILLIPUT 7" EBY701 2008 years because it FLIKERS and i do not know why?
It is connected with my PC with gold VGA cable.
I do not know if it becomes to my touchscreen or my PC

i refresh rate to 75Hz

what kind of flickering? Light or extremely heavy? What i mean by that is does it flicker to the point where you can't see the screen or is a faint flickering?

heh... i just logged in because my 2008 model (rebagged to 2009 name and sunlight readable coatings) is flashing.

but my problem is tied to the usb controller, its fine when the usb port isnt plugged in

and, it works all fine in windows xp, this just started happening because i just threw vista ultimate x64 on here for kicks... my guess is the drivers are conflicting in my case, x64 is not for carpc's.

if you unplug the touchscreen and it goes away try to plug your touchscreen into a regulated USB hub. What you have is interference coming from your PC thru the USB cable.
