Been trying to find a indash screen with built in amp , and for it to be motorised

no need for a mdt-x7000 as i wont use the dvd drive , but i have came across this

is this better then the alternative lilliput model ? also this model uses a serial interface aposed to the lilli's USB .. is this better ? ( my motherboard has a serial IO)

If any one uses this indash monitor , or has a better alternative please let me know
