    Video while driving... legal issues

is there any way to disable playing a dvd video while driving with any of the monitors? I know with car stereos, you have to wire up the "in park" safety switch... reason i am asking, is a friend has asked me to help him install a copm in his car, and I don't want him to get in a wreck and then I get sued for it being able to play video while driving.

I dont know which section to ask this in, and since i figured that this section might be the one since it would affect the monitors playback. sorry if in wrong place.

well it depends what frontend you are using. i know that Centrafuse by default will not allow you to do a bunch of things while the car is moving, such as go into windows, watch movies, and some of the other that im not sure of are type in address and use the web browser. the reason im not sure is because i disabled that feature. i dont watch movies or anything but i hate being limited. the system works off of gps movement. if your going faster than 5 mph it disables those things. Im not sure if anyone else does it, but imo centrafuse is the best front end. i know its a matter of preference but ive never been able to get the clean oem look out of any other frontend, no matter what skin i use. also centrafuse really shows itself to be the complete all in one system, exemplified by this exact feature.
