Thread: Transflective vs non-transflective comparisons?

Starting to plan out a Car PC for my 2007 Nissan Altima. I plan on mounting the LCD in my dash, where the stock radio comes. I have street-legal tint (35%). Am I really going to need a transflective LCD? I do not mind spending the money, but do not want to do so unless it's really going to be worth it. I wish there were a couple images comparing transflective and non-transflective LCDs in the same sunlight conditions.
