    Pioneer AVH-P3100DVD

    Is it possible to use something like this, click here,
    as a screen for a carputer? Is there any kind of aftermarket product from any of the major manufacturers that would work? I really don't want to mess with fitting a Xenarc or Liliput into the vehicle.

    Checkout the adv. FAQ link at the top of the page- there is alot of great stuff in it

    this has been discussed many times- the image quality difference between a VGA screen and a screen with a composite input is like trying to compare a honda civic to a bently- you can do it, but text will barely be readable
