Does any one have an Idea of how I could mount an LCD in a 2003 Audi A4. I really like my stock radio system and don't want to swap it out unless I have to. I do have an unused ash tray so maybe I could get the LCD to pop up some how. Any ideas are welcome. Sorry I don't have a picture (look on audiusa.com) if you guys NEED one I can take one.
You will probably need to post a pic, that way people are going to be more likely to give ideas on where/how to mount the LCD. I am building a custom section of console for my project. It is alot of work, but keeps everything intact.
I am using an adapter that allows you to use the cd changer inputs as auxillary inputs on my Toyota's stock stereo.
www.rcainput.com for the adapter, they are a bit expensive at this site but are the cleanest looking assemblies for the adapter.
