Where can I find cables for Lilliput/Hitachi 7" touchscreen

Hello I bought this Hitachi screen TX18D11VM1CAA off of eBay thinking it would fit my Lilliput EBY-701. I know it has a native resolution of 800 x 480, while the Lilliput has native of 800 x 600.

PLease if anyone knows how I can make this LCD screen work with the controller board of my EBY-701 I would appreciate it.
Do i have to get separate cables? Any hack? Any help would do.

i know that display is in the vm7000 and according to this thread its also in the 629. thats all i got, hope it helps your seach.
