What OS you using? I have EPIA M9000 and I can't get XP to display in widescreen resolution. Briefly installed Windows 98 and got TV out at 800x480 (that's 15x9 so not too bad) but never seen 848x480 in any OS.

    Do tell more...

You have to select it in the advanced tab, under "list all modes".
    I have XP-Pro installed.

I can definitely confirm what he says. If you go to the advanced modes, it lists 848x480, and IMHO, it looks great on my 7" TV res screen. I was surprised at how readable the text is. I love my EPIA M9000 more every day

I should clarify that this is in XP. I don't have any experience with these "advanced" resolutions in 2K I'm afraid...

I'm checking on a windows 2000 server PC here in office:

Display properties > settings > advanced > adapter > LIST ALL MODES...

I just discovered that I can have 856x480 on my old Matrox Millennium!
