    • You should make it 1 1/2 DIN, and also have an adapter to make it fit double DIN.
    • Have a spot to mount a slim DVD drive inside (just a slot on the front).
    • A little tinted glass or plexi panel and a hole for a led behind it so we could mount IR leds behind it.
    • A powered Usb hub( or just an extention) 1 or 2 ports on front.

all I can think of right now

Make it so the LCD turns on when powered up, and off when it loses power. Or control this by the VGA input. I think some of the newer Xenarcs do this, but mine does not...

200 is ok for me -- for now (see my other thread) haha..
    I've seen a 390 one at i-zone-3.

Heres a screen I would buy today if it were there...

Ideal size for a double din... (too many requests for that one)
Something over 350 nits would be great
    Touchreen ofcourse...
    VGA input,
I agree that volume and brightness are great ideas, but i dont want them if they make it harder on the size constraints of the double din. I can use software if necessary.

    Hope that helps.

This would probably be hard, but brigtness controlled by Lumisponder might now be a bad idea.

Im looking for a display up to 5.6" with VGA, TSK and good price. If something like this is possible, would be great for my applications.

for me, high res above 640x480 is not needed, since car screens are usually placed pretty far forward.

However, it would be really nice to have customizable buttons for switching application, navigating maps, zoom, etc.
