    a choice of 3 usb 7" monitors.

hi all i'm looking to do my next install and want to buy a new 7" screen

    i'm stuck between 3 choices

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...A2LXHTRCF7AENL

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

i've had the mimo 740 and had trouble with the touch function. for some reason it liked to click the middle, alot, which gets annoying when using it for music!

can i get some user feed back on any of the above?? or potential alternatives!

What OS are you running.. I have had some success with the lilliput UM70 on XP but with windows 7 they seem to not like hibernation/resume.

i can run either xp vista or 7, all legit of course .

was your hibernation issue kinda like a fading flush of colours from the center of the screen? if it was i had that one too with the mimo um740.
i read some where that mimo is owned by lilliput but when i emailed both complaining about the touch and drivers i got no reply, last march

My problems were random.. Sometimes it acted in the manner you described, sometimes the screen wouldnt come back on at all unless i disconnected/reconnected the usb.

i believe the middle link(mimo 720s) is the only one with a touch screen.

but i still shudder a little every time someone wants to use a usb monitor as their primary screen. i guess i just don't trust usb devices that much...
