Awesome. You should probably create a mailing list so we can know when to place our orders.
Sorry for the waiting. The case and bezel are almost done, the problem is from the board which we redesign it. Few components delayed and we need to fix some flaws
We are doing everything we can to bring out a flawless product as soon as possible.
Also, here is the good news, we will develop two 2-DIN case, one is short and the other is 17cm by 17cm, which fits ITX board

Looks great-
I've got to say it one more time though... I'd pay 2x the price for a brighter display. Maybe 3x for brighter and higher resolution.
I'd be very excited if you used your contacts to give us a second option in that same case.

Does anybody have any pics of the Samsung 7" Display in a modified Bybyte BBX-1 ITX Enclosure.
I was wondering if you had to use something to fill the space between the screen and the plastic H-Bracket and also what you did to make up for the space on one side.
I also couldn't find a link to those pre-made extenders for the flex cable. We should probably create a sticky for the mods somewhere until we can get the custom DIN case/Bezel from Derrick.
I really want to have my system in this weekend. It really sucks that the controller board isn't the same height as the LCD.

Hey Derrick,
How long until the unit which can fit the mini-ITX board is finished? Is there any chance it will be finished this month?
Deneteus,
Were you able to get the Samsung display working with the Bybyte enclosure? I'm looking into buying this same enclosure later this week, but I want to make sure that it will fit the Samsung display first (I'm fine with jury-rigging it, as long as it's possible to make it look neat afterwards.)
It fits in the by-byte.
It fits but the controller don't. It has to be extended or leaned (which won't really work with the space I have with the Zotac board I am using because the CPU Fan is in the way.)
The controller the wrong size/shape for this LCD. Any idea when the new LCD controller will be ready? Anybody found an alternative controller?
