The ground wire you hooked to your voltmeter needs to be grounded to the outside of the barrel connector. Back at post #873 there are good pictures of someone testing the reverse camera.

Sorry for the late reply. shad1 is right. You need to put the ground in the right place

For the audio, you can turn it a little down.

You are right. that is the "hot key" for B&W

Can you please confirm the final outer dimensions of the screen bezel? I am going to be fitting it in a Scosche standard Double Din Dash Kit (MA1540B for Mazda3) and am concerned about the dimensions. The following are the internal dimensions I have to play with in the Dash kit. From your CAD measurements below it won't work?

172mm x 96mm for dash kit verses 178mm x 100mm for CAD design.

Looks like your dask kit has a masking lip, like most do, around the inside which you might have to dremmel off.

RevheadKev is right, there is a lip inside and the open is standard 2-DIN
