If someone needs new touchpanel, I can sell you my screen with broken cable. Touch panel works good. I didnt use the screen,only tested with laptop connected, as I didnt finish my carpc setup.

I ordered new screen from derick, and I ordered liliput case so I can fit the screen easier in to my dash.

how much? my cable broke on the touch screen, already took it off, pain, hopefully I can take yours off, Or change cable?

Finally back from a business trip, sorry for the late reply :)

This main cable come directly from the LCD glass, so it can not be fix...please email us and we will work out a solution for you. Keep in touch.

Hi, did you use a pin or stylus to calibrate it? don`t use your finger to calibrate :)

Does anyone have raspberry pi?? How did you set it up for carpc use? Someone in this thread wrote before that it works great with this screen, and the touch function works too. But I dont know what OS to use for it?

The 4pin touch cable can not be bend too much or it may have bad connection. Just to make it "flat" from front to end and try :)

You are right, the frame pressing the touch screen will also cause this.

Wait until it fails again and open Device manager and find the USB device entry. Right click and disable it. Right click again and enable it, does it work?

You may have a hardware issue with the USB interface on the LCD or you may have a problem with the way the PC and screen (USB TS) are powered (timing wise.) Could be a cable or HUB issue if you are using one?

Check the driver revision in device manager and make sure Windows has installed the correct driver?
