Yes. the current version of control board has a back camera connection and auto active function

We have another version of control board coming out next month which will support HDMI, but DVI. sorry.

The control board can be use for your linitx screen if they have the same connector.

Keep working on the cut off. will update here once we figure out a solution. Sorry for waiting.

That's ok hope you can figure it out, although the same screen with DVI sounds nice...
How about a capacitive version..

has anyone tried to use this screen inside one of the many enclosures mp3Car or Mo-Co-So sells? Since it seems to be a supported product i may try to get one to get it reviewed.

Do you expect the new control board to be released next month?

Will it cost the same?

Also, will the on-screen display be the same when there is no signal (or on initial start up) or will it change?

+1 on 2 lcd's if the resolution issue is fixed, I'd like some new headrest monitors, and later a replacement center console screen.

Not sure if that is possible but would be good if we could determine exactly what the issue is to try and solve it a bit better.

I built one into a Bybyte DIN frame. Had to make a bracket for the controller, and it is mounted @ 90° to the LCD. I tried to make an extension cable so the controller could be mounted in the usual location, but the attempts failed.

I did find a company in Germany that makes a perfect adapter board, but they don't like to sell to US businesses. At least that was the impression I received when I inquired on a cable last summer.

Please expedite the HDMI board. And please make sure 800x480 works without powerstrip.
