Anyone experience with capacitive touch in freezing temperatures, do they work fine?

My Pioneer's capacitive touch screen worked just fine when the air temp dropped below -20 F here in MN, however the display had a slight lag and I didn't want to touch my fingers to the screen, but it did work.

Have anyone tried this screen and touch controller with Raspberry Pi or any Android MiniPC?

I'm looking at getting one of these screen setups.

What is the audio quality on the audio out when using HDMI input?

    Thank you,
    Robert

Got an inadvertent answer from Derrick. It is the aux audio connection from the front panel 1/8" plug jack (as suspected). Pin out is (from the bottom) left, right, ground (according to a photo I received). However it really looks like ground is the middle pin.

    A) Connecting the "Audio In" connector fried one of the ICs on the display board (CS6---, located between the "Audio IN" and "To Speaker" connectors on the ebay image). Luckily the rest of the display functions and disabling HDMI audio appears to stop usage of the dead IC. There's no instructions as to how to connect the audio header. Confusingly, the Audio header cable has a USB header 8pin block, not the FPAUDIO 8pin block (the blank is in a different spot). Under the assumption it operated as a USB device, I plugged it into a header and it cooked. Strangely, the screen powered up as well without 12V supplied! Only 5V from the USB header was supplied, so I can only assume the 5V was flowing from the motherboard header and reaching the screen (via the audio connector? wtf?)
I emailed Derrick about this issue (wrong connector on the PC end of the supplied audio cable) but I guess I wasn't clear enough as his reply didn't address the problem. I replied back to him that the supplied cable is at fault. Hopefully this item will be understood and corrected by the manufacturer sometime.

Well I feel STUPID. That cable that plugs in to the audio in and Line (by chance) actually is an internal USB cable meant to replace two black longer USB cables (that come from the button board and the main board). What an idiot (me).

I'm sorry for not going back through the hundreds of pages to see what monitor you guys are talking about, but is it the one linked in the OP? This one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-SAMSUNG-...ht_15332wt_905 ?

On the page, it says that it is a resistive touch screen, but the OP says it is capacitive. What is the best, budget open frame capacitive touchscreen to get? What do you guys have? You aren't changing the board or anything are you?

I switched cars and my old lilliput resistive touchscreen is dead and it has been a while since i've been keeping up with the forums, trying to get back into it and install a carpc into my '13 Optima Hybrid, but could use some help finding a good capacitive touchscreen and any testimonies you guys have.

    Thanks
