Ya, the forum swapped them. The one that is 800 x 600 pixels (since that is the resolution he got working)

I have found those displays at ebay a few weeks ago and was close to order one of them.
I couldnt believe that those are real transflectives, because the price is really good.
I went through all pages here, but there were only 3-4 photos.
Is this screen really transflective? Is it comparable to an lilliput transflective?
big thanks from germany :)

Yeah I don't really care what the resolution is but that isn't pretty.
TBH, I don't find it that big a deal.

My primary concern is that it would make maps and images a bit misleading.. Yeah not super ugly just a bit weird.
Hopefully the supplier will have a better solution soon..
Im just hoping they'll send out the new controllers to those who already bought this.
Looking at the datasheet for the main chip, it looks like only 16:9 and 4:3 are supported :/
Here are some pictures of the Samsung display, with the Capacitive Multi Touch USB panel installed in a Bybyte DIN frame.
I used nylon spacers and 4-40 screws to mount the controller. I had to offset it to accommodate the LCD ribbon/control board.
As mentioned previously, the FFC extension cable attempts failed.
Nice job, tft_lcd_org! Exactly what I will be looking for at some point in the near future.
