finally all software problems solve, no more cut off

We did receive the first bench of boards, but the quantity is very limit, even not enough to cover all the prepay pre-orders...but base on manufacture`s ETA, 2nd bench should be ship in 2 weeks. This time is real. they are coming! We can take pre-order again!

PS: thanks for tft_lcd_org`s help. he answer most of the questions. He is right, this HDMI kit is "support 1080p", not native 1080p resolution. It still 800*480

1. Does it include a trigger to switch to RCA/composite input (for reverse camera)?

2. Any luck with a software option that lets you hide the OSD?

Hi

1. yes, it has a trigger to switch to reverse camera.
2. OSD should not be remove because it has many function and adjustment needs this

I found the dimensions of the Samsung panel as 163.2W x 104H but could not find in this thread the size of the controller board.
I am interested to see if the board ends up taller than the screen which is how it looks in the pics, especially if you allow for how far the connecting plugs stick out.

Is it in any way possible to hide when it shows what input is currently used? It is extremely distracting when the OSD shows that it is on "VGA" or on "Composite" in large letters. I was thinking that you can add an option in the menu to hide that, since it's all in the software.

Also, how do we order the new version?

Do you think it can be fixed on the Janus bezel (for e46 bmw) ?

The bezel, designed for Xenarc touchscreen, has got "holes for ON-LED, remote sensor and photo-diode (CTF-H)", and I don't know if it is possible to get the remote sensor of this Samsung screen fitted in it ? (I'm new at car pc)

i am really interested in this screen after reading all 8 pages. how would i go about pre ordering? also do you guys plan on coming out with a bigger screen size?
