as we explained before, the price went up because the HDMI adding...but we came out a kit with no-ac adapter, which will be cheaper in shipping. makes the total price with mp3car discount= $149. Only $12 more. And tonight, I will make it same $137 as the old VGA kit just for you. Hope this will make you a little happier.

I think we're all aware that this monitor is not going to beat a $6-700, therefore you should really only be comparing it to monitors in its price range. Or at the very least not knock something down just because there is something better

And the reason I found this thread was I was looking to upgrade my current 7" LCD into something a bit more Hi-res ( connected to my jailbroken iphone + custom made iphone a/v mount)

Agreed, let's try and keep this thread about the LCD on hand, more reviews, pictures, etc

If people want to compare this screen to something else the only fair thing to do is post a picture of both lcds under the same lighting conditions, instead of just opinions

I'm so very interested in this for my "future" set up. Rip's been helping me, how I found this thread, and I think this might be the answer to my problems. Derrick I just emailed you regarding the screens and my application. Might need to buy one at a time, but I'll for sure be getting two.

Wrong and wrong. And no nead to try and "translate" me. I spoke plainly and openly with no hidden meaning.

I asked who you were , meaning why for your first post were you bashing me and defending a product that I NEVER even put down. Most of the time the only people to do that are those with a vested interest in a product.

I said I will compare it to what I want to on a forum where the idea is to make comparisons to find out the best of the best.

You apparently never went back and read my posts or you will see I never questioned ANYTHING about this product except it's so called "transflective" and "sunlight readable" claim. Which has now been addressed and changed. That was my intent all along. I have spent a ton of money trying to find good sunlight readable screens and don't wish others to waste as much money as I did on a product that is not as advertised. Wow I'm trying to help people and I get blasted for it. I feel so great now.

And you don't really have any room to say people are attacking other people .
