"Transflective" LCD panel with res touch+controler for $101+$36 S+H

I have looked through the entire thread. I know how to extend it but the website suggested to buy the cable works out too expensive (due to shipping to South Africa - $60). So I found another cable (link from previous post) but I am not sure if it will work

I bought my entire capacitive kit from display-touch using the preorder and received it about 2 weeks ago.

so how can i power this screen? Can i hook it up to a PSU 12v output from the carpc?

Done, the remote will keep. but the receiver will be a separate extend cable, which you can put wherever you want

The vertical flip still be a problem because we have to re-write the software. my colleague will try to add this but may not be able for the first run.

Yes, this screen can be drive by your car power. Also, it works good with 8V-12V, 20W AC-ADAPTER.

Well, if the screen is symetrical, you could mount the screen upside down inside the enclosure :-)

Of course I'd rather have the option, but I understand your position.

We have to check the control board position and the cables. Why don`t you just mount the whole unit up side down?
