That looks pretty sweet to me!!
WTF? 0 brigthness? Thats transflective, no question about it. Might not be with an ultra low $$$ tricky reflecttiveness index, but it's not a crap xenarc / lilli either.
How it looks with more brightness? I expect to be about the same, becAuse under the sunthe backlight can't do much...

is that with the touchscreen connected? or without?
Ya, jacking up the brightness actually washes the image a bit.
Not bad at all for a low dough display.

Yes, that is with the projected capacitive multi-touch attached.
Suddenly I am starting to feel either ripped off or that I didn't get the right monitor after holding my transflective/bonded/etc.. lilliput out in the sun...
WOW I am impressedI think based on those pics, that ebayer might just see a few more sales headed his way.
Also ... for future referencing, it might be worth editing your first post in this thread to include the pics you posted (so future visitors don't have to go hunting for screens/video/etc.)
On another thought... Does this screen's control board have the ability to auto-switch inputs on volt lead (for backup cam?)

thats pretty nice! but no hdmi... HELLO LILLIPUT/XENARC? TIME TO PICK UP YOUR GAME!
Brightness and contrast controls typically only work by processing the image, not by dimming the backlight.
I don't think those photos show the monitor illuminated only by the sun, the backlight is still on.
I wouldn't be surprised if there is a way to do it though.. Seems very similar to the lilliputs and xenarcs in every other function..
I was planning on running my cameras through my pc anyway..
