Mine works 800x480 out of the box with my Asus mb with Nvida ION graphics on board.

How many different motherboards/video cards have you tried? There are quite a few people that have 800x480 working perfectly with this monitor. Some graphics chipsets just don't work with 800x480, even when using utilities to force it. For instance, I've never gotten any Intel video chipset to display 800x480 in any usable form. I have to use 800x600. It's not the fault of the monitor - it's all due to my chipset failing to properly support 800x480.

None. And I gave up on it, because 800x600 looks great on my Lilliput 669. There's no reason for me to run at 800x480, other than having the ability to say, "Hey, I run CF on my carpc at my screen's native resolution."

For kev711. Good news. Finally we received a special BIOS for you from the manufacture. You should be able to read/write the chip yourself since you are computer guru. Please download it from the following link, hopefully it will solve your problem. Keep in touch and have a nice day.

Anyone else on this thread care to share what mini-itx boards/chipsets they've successfully got 800x480 running?

    Thanks.
