it might be worth trying to power all the screens from the m2, though i don't expect it to improve much being that it seemed that most of your issues dealt with the voltage for the converter.
I did another test. This time I removed the RCA video splitter. So for this test the connection is as follow:
com vga -> vga to rca video converter (power from dyi regulator) -> screens (RCA).
I have a total of 4 rca screens. 2 at head rest and 2 in boot. I noticed that when I connect all 4 of them the screens become blur and flickers. So I connect 2 at a time and they are fine. No splitter box used just RCA Y cable splitter. When 4 connected I used 3 RCA Y cable splitter. The results seems to be better compare to using a splitter box with seperate power supply.
I then connect 2 screens to the RCA output and 2 screens from the s-video output of the VGA to RCA/S-video converter and the results are better compared to connecting all four to only the RCA output. Anyone encounter this before?
All the screens are powered direct from the car battery, if for the setup that I have will it be better if the power to the screens are taken from the M2-ATX? because I could still see some noise at the screens and after leaving it ON for a while it starts to blur and flickers a bit. Any ideas?
Getting there.....appreciate all the replies...Thank You.
