Due to the reflection created by the touchpanel simply sitting on top of the LCD, I wont be selling these separately. These will be optically bonded to a matching LCD and will be sold as modules.

The module will include - CapacitiveTP + LCD + Driver + Gesture controller.

These *should* be available within 3 weeks.

Isnt the glass and capacitive panel bonded together? My touch panel now is only 0.5mm above my LCD and dont have any reflections?

The tempered glass will be a bit less than 100x178mm, the parts behind it will be less than that.

Yes, the tempered glass and the touch panel is bonded. Any two pieces of glass that have an air-gap in between always create an extra reflection as opposed to no air-gaps. If you compare an optically bonded display to one that is not, you will see the difference.

I made the touch panels to suit my LCD's and not the lilliputs, and unfortunately the sizes (active area) don't match.

This size is fairly standard for double din openings. What's the exact size of your opening, minus any bezels?

Not sure that I have ever measured that..
I won't have a problem getting it in behind the bezel but was hoping to fit it through. Doesn't matter something will work out.

This is awesome!! i could use this for two of my projects.

well maybe. both projects would be used in wet environments (boat and a shower):

how does the capacitive panel handle wet fingers? My cell phone (htc evo) is horrible when i try to use it on the boat and my fingers aren't dry. I know they have some drivers out there that are smart enough to differentiate the capacitance change of your finger as opposed to a wet trail or water drop.

also, is it possible to have the 2 finger gestures work with only one finger? and would it be possible to have the 'zones' be configurable? i.e. i would like to bypass the lcd and print an image behind it. This would be ideal; for me, to have all of the relays activated from one static image.
