    Scam YES/NO ? Kenwood kvt-911 $89

Ok, I know this is most likely a scam, but I figured if anyone would know you guys would. It states that the link provided after purchase allows you to get the kvt-911 for $89 shipped. I have only found one caught after reading all descriptions, for there are many people selling this same info. The casught is you are only able to get one item, and that it will take 1-4 months for delivery. At $5 for the info, I'm only missing out on a lunch, but if anyone here knows if it's a scam please let me know before I throw my money away. Also I'll do my best to help other techdealers/hotdeals afterwards.

    Thanks
    Squeeky

To receive your product, all that is required of you is that you visit the location that i will refer you at close of this auction, and pay the amount it is for the item.

that is in the action.. almost sounds like if its legit.. your getting stolen goods

    Its A Scam
Yes its a scam. Its this thing they call a matrix. I looked around for a bit to get you the URL to the site theyll give you but im at work so cant look to long. Basically what happens is there is a list of people who pay the 89 bux or whatever. Then they say that if 20 people join the list the first person in the list gets his stuff shipped. Then if another 20 people join then they will ship out their stuff to the second guy. So if youre the 300th guy it a total of 6000 people will have to get on the list before you get your stuff and for the person who is 6000th a total of 120,000 people will have to join before he gets his stuff.

So thats why in his auction he says all you have to is sit and wait and doesnt refer to any timeframe.

They do it with xboxes all sorts of other stuff and the entry price for the list varies and the number of people it takes to get your stuff varies too.

is that what they are refering to with the CYCLE length that is listed on the site?

edit - i read the faq on their site. makes sense now.looks like you're gonna have to wait over 6 months from order to recieving the product. talk about bs

Thanks for all the quick replys, I did have one thing to mention, I understand that this is basically a scam, but what if one waited till a new product was added, and was one of the first to apply to the list, then wouldn't he/she get the product rather qucikly? Just an idea, understand it wont work with the kvt-911 cause it's been on there awhile.

    THanks

yeah... but what guaratee is there that you *will* be able to get into the top few slots...

if i were running this scam, i would have friends or other people i know buy into the first slots (or put them in for free), so i could scam the rest of the people out of their $$$.

face it... there is basically no way to get around the fact that this is a scam, and you probably wont get anything out of these people. walk away from this "deal" as you are only going to throw away your money, on whatever their "item-of-the-week" may be.
