Can I replace the touch screen or do you mean the whole display. Mine already has a changed out touch controller. BTW... no too much help from MOCOSO anymore.

What is the likelihood that it is because of the USB cable/connection? I notice the connection can be jiggled around a bit.
if you have already opened the case(voiding the warranty) then you can try to sand down the area where the screen mates to the bezel to get rid of the high spot that is causing the issues.

I believe it was the bezel. In the end I just gave up on the POS and went with the Lilliput.
