I have the $136 ebay transflective screen, and it works fine, until I mount it to the double din enclosure (bybyte) The only way I can describe what happens is by saying that it's like there is an extra finger on the LCD whenever I try to use the touch screen. It's not as accurate as it is when it's not mounted in the double din enclosure. This is probably because a part of the lcd is touching the double din unit....
I'm sure some of you have dealt with this, how did you address the issue?
I use a strip of double-sided 3M foam tape its fairly thin and adds just that soft gap the touch panel needed also helps hold it in there too! hope this helps SNO
the frame is pinching the screen, causing the 'finger presses'. you need to loosen the screen mounting bracket just a hair.
