Looks like a 629 to me.
There's one for sale locally but the owner doesn't know the model. All I know is that its 7"

Looks like it is LED too. Has the smaller ac/dc power supply
there has been multiple revisions of that screen. there was first a ccfl backlit model, then a led backlit, and that link is the most recent revision of the 629, which they improved on..
led is better because that means you will not have as many issues with cold wheather.
He just said it's 3 years old, so I'm guessing no led. Oh well.
it should be the middle revision-- which was the early led version. i am actually using one in my car right now. not a bad screen--it works perfectly fine, it just doesn't compare to my transflective screen..
I saw a thread comparing the screens between Lilliput models nd saw that the 629 and the 701 use the same screen. So I'm wondering what is the biggest difference that they made a whole new line of monitors
