OSX Lion usb touchscreen drivers

i recently purchased a inelmatic xf1000. love the monitor and should work perfectly for the install i'm going to do but the only problem is i cannot get it to work properly on my mac mini.

the PC drivers (Vista) I found online work perfect with my old windows laptop but i've been trying for 2 days using all different sorts of drivers and the touch screen does not work properly with OSX Lion.

the only company that has sent me osx lion specific drivers is ELO, however they are not working properly wither.

any suggestions?

and in case anyone is interested, the driver that worked best for the PC is the eGalax driver

Did you try the egalax OSX drivers? If their PC drivers worked, wouldn't their Mac drivers work on your monitor??

FYI: ELO and egalax drivers are not compatible no matter what OS.

thanks for the info. been trying at various ELO drivers and found out the hard way...

I actually tried that one for the OSX, but I don't think it is compatible with OSX 10.7.2 (Lion). I haven't tried it on a machine with 10.6 (Snow Leopard) so I can't confirm that it works.

I have actually emailed eGalax and their customer service is working to try to get me something that works with OSX Lion (very good customer service might I add. Very impressed!).
