Capacitive-friendly tint film? Window tint won't work...
So my touchscreen is great, but its a bit washed out. My first thought was to place some tint film over it to improve the contrast (its also insanely bright, so the loss in light output wasn't an issue).
I confirmed that standard window tint will not work, and seems to act as a shield preventing the capacitive panel from detecting my fingers. Does anyone know of any kind of tint film that would be more capacitive-friendly? I imagine that would be fairly uncommon, as most would just place the tint behind the capacitive layer. But since mine is optically bonded to the screen, I don't have that option.
