Backup camera on Lilliput UM-1010/C/T

I want to display my Alpine HCE-104 backup cam on my Lilliput UM1010/C/T. The cam has a RCA output, but my monitor is USB. My computer motherboard is ASUS AT5IONT-I and has PCIe X4 PCI express 4 slot for video. I was thinking of adding a TV tuner card, but can't find any PCIe X4 cards under two thousand dollars. Anyone know of any low priced video cards that will work?

I'll try it out. Definitely a lot cheaper than those $2,000 TV tuner cards for the PCIe X4 slots

I have just installed reverse cam using EasyCap (Ebay probably fake) all works fine, but the driver supplied prevents the system entering S3. I have looked for alternative drivers, but can find none.
Can anyone suggest a workaround, or a different hardware solution?
