    VM70 keypad wiring

    Hi guys,

I am new to the forum and in the middle of installing my first car PC in a 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Sport. I have installed a VM70 monitor in dash and it has been working fine until now. After shutting off the ignition, thereby powering down the monitor while the back up camera was on and monitor switched to Video 2, it now comes on with Video 2 as source instead of the normal VGA. I still have the keypad for the monitor and can rather easily plug it back in to switch back manually but in storage, 4 of the 5 wires to the keypad board have disconnected.

The wire colors are red, black, blue, green and yellow.
The solder pads on the board are labeled Vcc, +5v, key, IR and ground.

The only wire still connected is the red to Vcc. I think I might be safe assuming ground is the black wire. Can anyone verify which wire goes to which solder pad on the board?

    Thanks in advance,
    Jeff Allmond

Just in case anyone else ever needs the info, I got it figured out and tested to verify.

    VCC - Red
    +5v - Black
    Key - Yellow
    IR - Green
    Gnd - Blue
