Lilliput 669GL-70NP Screen too big to see all borders

Well I finally got time to install my carputer and everything went pretty smoothly...but I have searched on how to resize the screen in everything you could possibly want to know about your Lilliput and elsewhere...when running windows the bottom bar is below the screen image...if that makes sense, I have tried making the view smaller with windows, but still have the same problem...guessing this is an easy fix, but the owners manual is no help and Lilliput's website is also no help. Anyone else have this issue and what do I do?

I continued to research and found the answer and since there seems to be a few posts similar to mine that have never been answered, I assume it is somewhat common...to solve this issue:

You right click on a blank area of the desktop, select graphics properties and then customize the scaling. Mine was set to 100 and I had to drag it back to about 55. Hope that helps someone in the future.
